Our special job introduction program for each employee helps to find the perfect start at Smarthouse. New colleagues get to know their tasks very soon so that they are able to work on their own already after a few weeks. Additionally, each new employee has a mentor from the existing staff who helps him to find his way around and, at the same time, works as a contact person for matters of all kinds
